The confidence score helps here. A call classified as Job Booked with 95% confidence is almost certainly correct. A call classified with 65% confidence might warrant a quick look at the transcript.

False negatives
A call where the customer says "Yeah, Thursday at 2 works, I'll leave the side gate open" does not contain obvious booking keywords but is clearly a confirmed job. Keyword matching misses it. AI scoring picks it up from context.
Context matters
The same word can mean completely different things depending on context:
- "I'll book that in" — booking
- "I was hoping to book but you're too far away" — not a booking
- "My neighbour booked you last week, how did it go?" — not a new booking
