- AI classification data: call scoring results (e.g. Job Booked, Not Booked, Voicemail), confidence scores, and summaries generated by our AI analysis.
- Billing information: payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session information collected via cookies and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the CallOutcome service, including AI-powered call transcription and classification.
- Display call results, transcripts, and analytics on your dashboard.
- Process billing and manage your subscription.
- Send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, service notifications).
- Improve our service and fix issues.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate CallOutcome:
- Twilio: call recording retrieval, phone number provisioning, and Conversational Intelligence (transcription and AI classification).
- CallRail: call recording retrieval for users who connect a CallRail account.
- OpenAI: AI-powered transcription and call classification processing.
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription management.
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
- Microsoft Clarity: website analytics and session recording to improve user experience.
- Railway: application hosting.

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including hashed passwords and secure session management.
5. Cookies
We use:
- Session cookies: to keep you logged in and manage your authenticated session.
- Analytics cookies: Microsoft Clarity uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data and session recordings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and call data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
